Pocket spring mattresses contain pre-stressed springs. These springs are inserted into individual fleece or cotton pockets. They are then clipped among one another or glued on top, middle or bottom. Hence the name pocket spring mattresses, it is the point-by-point elasticity that differentiates itself from others. The greater number of springs, more is the flexibility so that the mattress can better mould to the body shape.

• The Core: Also know as do-not-disturb mattress, the pocket spring mattresses got this name due to its core layer only. This is so because the movement of one partner on the mattress is not transferred to another one. The core layer consists of pocket springs, each in their own fabric pocket. As they're not wired together, each spring works as a separate unit. The weight on one spring doesn't affect its surrounding springs. This technology provides the mattress with the consistency it possess.
  
  
• Padding Layers: Padding layer is the second important layer of our pocket spring mattresses. Comfort padding layers consist of polyester fibre pads and egg cut tray. To prevent accumulation of padding layers on any surface of the mattress, P.U. Foam are fixed to the spring units through proper pasting of the layers with the help of rubber compounds and 'C' hoggering pneumatic guns. Not only this, to avoid any kind of displacement of padding layers with that of the spring unit, the cotton synthetic felt is tied with the spring unit using polyester non stretchable rope.
  
  
• The Upholstery: Upholstery is made with a combination of polyester and pastel coloured jacquard fabric ticking. In addition to this, quilt with soft foams and polyfill in elegant designs is used to increase the comfort.
