Actually, bonell is a kind of spring used in spring mattresses. In fact, it is the most common type of spring used in such mattresses. Such a spring is made from around hourglass shaped springs and these strings are tied together to form a mat. There is a round shaped helical crosswise which connects each single spring to a spring unit.

• Padding Layer: Mattress padding is a kind of buffer or thin mattress used above the mattress for providing extra cushioning and comfort. It is a combination of different upholstery layers. The various materials used in making this layer includes wonder mesh, rubberised coir pads, needle punched felts, polyurethane foam, moulded natural latex rubber and so like.
• The Upholstery: It is a kind of protective outer covering for the core and padding layers of a mattress that provides further comfort and enhances the feel and look of the mattress.
